Our service begins with a free on site survey in conjunction with the customer and their risk assessment and if required their insurer, discuss your needs and requirements, consider the options and suggest a course of action for approval and acceptance.

Work can range from installation of a single security discipline alarm to a fully integrated system tying in Intruder; CCTV; ACCESS and Fire Alarm systems as required. We can arrange 24/7 monitoring through an NSI approved (ARC) Alarm Receiving Centre, who we work alongside.

Intruder:

Range from basic audible intruder alarm systems to high end security more complex systems that can be connected to a signalling device which can be, depending upon the type chosen from that what is both suitable and available, will offer a monitoring service that in the event of the system activating will through the chosen technology and successful signal, alert either the customer direct and or via an NSI registered Alarm Receiving Centre, (ARC) contact the necessary services such as the police and or key holders as arranged. Including where applicable an app to your phone.

Only systems with a live registered police URN can be used by the ARC to contact the police

CCTV:

CCTV is a growing technology and is being used more and more for various reasons and include health and safely and in assisting with the prevention and detection of crime. Dependent upon the requirement and its application the camera system can besides recording images for referring back to incidents, it offers both a degree of the deterrent factor and peace of mind for the end user. These include networking the CCTV images from one location to another, also giving both recording and control. Also again where applicable, can be connected to your phone via an app. App connection subject to certain conditions and equipment being in place.

Access control:

This can be Electronic Audio and or Video, Stand-alone or PC based, plus it can be a physical device.

An access control system like the CCTV discipline is growing rapidly and is a type of security that has immediate effect. With the locked door or gate, apart from physically breaking or forcing the door or gate, it becomes that barrier to those unwanted elements. Such as the uninvited or the predator that either should not be there or is intending no good. Keeping them away from areas that may be confidential, private, or perhaps dangerous. This type of security is now also being used in schools or homes, not to just keep those unwanted out, but to help keep people in, such as to keep school children or the elderly form leaving a safe and secure place without supervision.

The Video system has a small CCTV monitor screen, showing an image of who is stood at the call unit.

Fire alarms:

Fire alarm systems are designed to give an early warning of a fire. Designed to B5839 and in conjunction with the customer/responsible person and or insurers risk assessment and subject to any deviations as agreed by the customer/responsible person. A fire alarm system would normally be connected to a signalling device that signals to an ARC who would action any calls as directed.
